Being a business owner since 1981, Bill understands the trials, tribulations, and successes of owning a business. The Conner family-owned business has used the Team Process to manage change and grow the business for over twenty five years with tremendous success. In 1995 Bill started his own consulting business to share his experiences with other businesses. He has trained and facilitated the use of the team process with government agencies, service-oriented firms, death care owners, manufacturing companies, retailers, insurance agencies, construction firms and medical corporations in the United States, Costa Rica, and Canada. Bill has presented workshops, seminars, and speeches to chambers of commerce, community service groups, government agencies, not-for-profit agencies, and firms in the private sector.
